Max and Alice killed it very informative and professional.
Well guys, you sold me! I have only been there once. The boy that helped was just horrible. So I have been going to Slater since. I hope I get Max or Alison! They sold me not a return visit! See you tomorrow!
I've been there twice. 1st time with a friend and when I went to the counter with her the woman with the hey streak in her hair completely ignored me and when i finally just asked her to get me a pre roll she told me i had to get in to the huge line again! She was snooty and ignorant. Not the least bit helpful. Just went for my second time to finaly purchase something and asked the kid for a bunch of stuff. Some of Wendy I wanted was oils, I wanted 50%indica 50%sativa. And I was expecting to spend $300+ and the total was only $235.i questioned the kid more than once about the price and told him I was expecting it to be around 300 and he just said nope its 235. Well low n behold, he gave me the wrong stuff! Even after I questioned him! And ofcourse they wouldn't ley me back in tho her the right stuff! He didn't ask me any questions he was completely unhelpful. Ans didn't giver me the right stuff. So I'm stuck with 5 100%CBD cartridges, thanks to another idiot begins the counter! I don't think I'll use this place anymore. Both times I went it was a lousy experience.
When my doctor suggested medical marijuana, I wasn't sure. I had a ton of questions on my first few visits. I was impressed with the staff each time I visited. They are all very knowledgeable, patient and really helpful. I'm so surprised at the negative comments about staff! They are all so friendly. After a few visits some staff already recognized me and called me by name. Although I have used marijuana on my own, I had no knowledge of the different strains and products. On a visit when it was very slow w/ no line to speak of, Junior took the time to explain which products helped w/ what. I have visited Slater as well and I find that it is always crowded and while the staff is also helpful. They are also knowledgeable and helpful just busy. The entrance set up at Slater is a mess. I don't like their pull a number system. I do think that the prices at Summit are a little higher but after a while I began to know which daily specials there are and the discounts are great. Thanks Summit staff for being so patient with me. Nancy S.
I go there all the time have been for years great service sometimes the counter workers could be more forthcoming with the best deals, or just a bit more informative. Not everyone understands all the products. Also I think the giveaways and specials are great but again everyone should get a text or email to be informed.I think it's all about good product for a fair price the service is already great..Thanks you to the entire Summit Team.!!

All center need to seal the flower packs. Employees are pinching out of bags. Very noticeable now
I believe they should sell the teas like Slater or something like that with more kick thc that aims toward patients with ptsd
I loved the Da Bomb salve, then you changed to Leaviate medicinal salve which was great. Now you are selling Summit Salve which is like hard wax! It’s terrible! not easy to apply because it’s so hard! Please fix it! It’s not salve!

Have Parkinson's disease stage 2 and asthma symptoms can't smoke what would you suggest for this besides edible food......how about a liquid type
Summit has been a wonderful source of relief. I suffer from hemiplegic migraines, a rare disabling condition that combines stroke symptoms with chronic migraines and medical marijuana has been the only effective treatment over the past 2 trying years. Summit staff are so patient, compassionate, and personable. It has given me back so much quality of my life. I am forever grateful. Wonderful quality products, I highly recommend the edibles, especially the chocolate chips & s’mores bars when available. The sky walker OG was a miracle for my migraines, pretty please get more in as soon as possible! Keep up the wonderful work, for the first time in a long time, I think it will be a happy new year! Thank you Summit, you rock!
Your in-house nurse needs to get a better bedside manner, she is very rude to your customers!
you have no menus online. you should be accommodating the sick who are ordered by their doctors to stay home. slater has been rocking it with the ability to order online AND have a drive thru. since this pandemic your facility has been 30 steps behind slater and I haven't stepped foot in that tuna can.
After what I have read here I will not being going that that center.
Slater is professiinal, friendly, accoma
Also they will take their time with you asking questions and respond. They also give a 10% discount as long as you provide a copy of your disability.
